In other words, human identification marked on their fingertips. This coding system can be equated with a system of lines of code (barcode) as that used today.

When it says in the Qur'an that it is easy for God to revive man after his death, a statement about human fingerprints are particularly emphasized:

"Does man think that We will not collect (again) his bones? Yes, even we can arrange (back) end of his fingers perfectly." (Surat al-Qiyama: 3-4)

The emphasis on fingerprints has a very special meaning. This is because everyone's fingerprint is unique to himself. Every person who lived or had lived in this world has a unique set of fingerprints and different from others.

That is why fingerprints are used as identity cards are very important for their owners and are used for this purpose worldwide.

However, the important thing is that the uniqueness of fingerprints was only discovered at the end of the 19th century. Previously, people appreciate fingerprints as ordinary curves without any specific meaning.

But in the Qur'an, Allah refers to fingerprints, which do not attract the slightest attention to that time, and directs our attention to the importance of fingerprints, which can be understood in a new era now.
